Periwinkle, often shortened to "Peri", is a frost-talent fairy from the Winter Woods.
Appearance[]
She is a very beautiful pint size fairy. She is pretty pale yet very inlined with natural skin tones. She has rosy cheeks, soft light pink lips, with icy almost turquoise eyes. She has wings that sparkle when near Tinkerbell syncing their relation. She wears a strapless dress that seems like a light blue leaf with white feathers at ends. She wears turquois leggings. Her shoes are light blue and when at home she wears light fuzz balls on them like her sister does. Her hair is as white as snow and swishes completely back pointing up.
Personality[]
She is a cheerful, bubbly, fairy with child-like wonder. She is kind, gentle, and pure hearted. She is also curious and naive. She loves all living creatures especially her sister. She collects discarded items from the mainland like her sister but she calls them "found things". She tends to look on the bright side of things. She has a positive view on life. She is optimistic and friendly.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a frost-fairy, Periwinkle is skilled at making beautiful and intricate designs out of crystals. Each design is unique and complex, the frost-talents doing her work with careful care.
When around her sister, Peri's wings begin to glow in a multitude of colors, shining brightly when they line up with Tink's wings. The full extent of what this can do is never seen, but it is shown to have regenerative properties, repairing Tinker Bell's broken wings.
Like all fairies, she is immortal, but it is unclear whether or not it is because of their biology or the magical properties of Neverland.
Weapons[]
Though she does not equip weapons she does use her frost power to shield and protect.
Role in the Crossover[]
She is a member of The Just-Ice League, and is considered an honorary member of the Big Four alongside her sister. Some fans think that she and Jack Frost mirror Peter Pan and Tinker Bell.

Jack Frost[]
Periwinkle would meet up with Jack when she and the other Winter Fairies are bring winter to the mainland; and Jack's flying ability can allow him to visit her in Never Land. Periwinkle is also seen as Jack's second fairy friend, as they share the same kind of friendship that Jack has with Baby Tooth. Because Peri is Tinker Bell's sister, she is mostly seen as Jack's Tinker Bell as he is her Peter Pan.
Although not widely popular, the two also have a ship called Jeriwinkle or PeriFrost.
