Liiri is the Eagle Kwami of Freedom who appears in the first TV special film of the Miraculous Ladybug series, Miraculous World: New York – United HeroeZ. Liiri becomes Jessica Keynes's fulltime Kwami after she helps Ladybug and Cat Noir to liberated the Eagle Miraculous from Miraclonizer, while proving herself to be worthy to wield the powers that Liiri grants the user of his Miraculous.

As the Kwami of Freedom Liiri posses the power to pick any mental or emotional restriction he wants to free people from so it would no longer hold them back, but he mostly has the holder of his Miraculous to use it whenever he inhabits the eagle talon pendant. Should a Kwami use their powers without the restraints of an owner when they use it through them, however, the aftermath side affects can be chaotic. What the downside affect of Liiri alone using Liberation wasn't revealed in the first TV special film.
