Hansoff (also known as Kristhans) is the name of the pairing between Kristoff Bjorgman and Prince Hans of the movie Frozen. It is not a popular pairing in the fandom, but it does have a few devoted shippers.
Relationship Overview[]
Prince Hans and Kristoff never really interact in the movie, but both woo Princess Anna of Arendelle. Kristoff genuinely loves Anna, while Hans is only using her to try and win her sister's throne. Even though he thinks it unwise for Anna to marry a person she's just met, Kristoff is willing to respect her engagement to Hans up until the point that he learned that Hans is manipulating her and has tried to kill her sister, Elsa. Anna's interference is the only reason Kristoff refrains from beating Hans into a pulp at that point.
Usually this is presented as a love-hate pairing, with both sides having more dislike for each other than love. Sometimes this is part of a Hansoffanna threesome pairing. Generally, anything involving this pairing as a genuine romance presupposes Hans' redemption, as Kristoff would be less easily manipulated into a romance than Anna was.
