Enchanted AU is a AU (Alternate Universe) within the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom. In the AU, Rapunzel, Merida, Hiccup and Jack Frost play roles from Disney's Enchanted. This could also be a sub-scenario for Fairy Tale AU and Modern AU.

About the AU[]

Spawning from fanart, this AU places the Big Four, and other such characters in the fandom, as characters from Disney's Enchanted.

The Big Four[]

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III[]

Hiccup is cast Robert Philip for his intellect and maturity and also for the Hiccanna and Hiccunzel pairings. At the end of the third HTTYD Hiccup became a father of two, giving him another common link for the role of Robert. There have also been occasions when Hiccup is cast as a male version of Giselle.

Jack Frost[]

Jack is usually portrayed as Robert Philip, with his little sister serving as Robert's daughter, Morgan Philip and when Rapunzel or Hiccup is Giselle. There have also been fans who have Jack as Prince Edward.

Merida DunBroch[]

Merida can be cast as Giselle for her free-spirited nature and for the Mericcup and Jarida pairings. Just as her drifting away from her mother after she made a decision that Merida wasn't happy about, despite how close the two were when Merida was little, could even have her as teenage Morgan Philip from Disenchanted.

Rapunzel Corona[]

Rapunzel is commonly portrayed as Giselle due to her naïve and innocent nature, and for the Jackunzel and Hiccunzel pairings. There have also been occasions when she has been cast as Nancy Tremaine.

Princess Anna[]

Anna's red hair and free-spirited nature casts her as Giselle, when Hiccup or Kristoff is Robert Philip. As both Anna and Giselle are young women that believed that they had found love when a prince asked them to marry them, until they found true love with someone that isn't a royal and deeply cares about them.

Flynn Rider[]

Flynn is commonly portrayed as Prince Edward, however his down-to-earth attitude, intellect, mature nature, and more realistic approach to life (along with learning to fall in love with a woman by getting to know her first before sweeping her off her feet) can also cast him as Robert Philip.

Mother Gothel[]

Gothel is seen as Queen Narissa. Due to her dark hair, being a mother to someone that she didn't give birth to, taking on the form of a old woman and manipulating people into helping her, so she could get what she wants.

Prince Hans[]

Being a prince that had asked a girl to marry him on the day they met, can easily portray Hans as Prince Edward.

Kristoff Bjorgman[]

With Anna commonly cast as Giselle, along with the other main human characters from Frozen being featured in the AU, it has Kristanna fans portray Kristoff as Robert Philip.

Red Death[]

Since the Red Death is a antagonist dragon, is a female and a "queen", the cruel alpha dragon can serve as Narissa's dragon form.

E. Aster Bunnymund[]

A human version of Bunny has been cast as Prince Edward. While his mature personality could also cast him as Robert Phillip.

Queen Elsa[]

Elsa has been cast as Nancy Tremaine, while her younger sister is commonly cast as Giselle.

Toothless[]

The occasions when Hiccup is given the male role of Giselle has inspired a few fans to have Toothless serve as his Pip. Due to their close friendship and the occasions when Toothless has been placed as a miniature version of himself for small side roles.

Mr. Peabody has been cast as Robert Phillip for the Peanna pairing.

Jack Frost's Sister[]

Jack's little sister has been cast as Morgan Phillip, for when her brother is cast as Robert Phillip.

Being the target of an evil step-mother queen can easily cast her as Giselle. As both Enchanted and Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs are unique takes on fairy tale worlds and the other ways that a young fair maiden can find her charming prince.

Queen Regina[]

Regina being an evil queen step-mother who uses magical red apples for her selfish goal, like the fairy tale character she is based on, can easily cast her as Queen Narissa.

Princess Fiona[]

Since Fiona was originally set to marry a handsome prince before she found her true love in someone else, who isn't a prince and isn't what she expected to find in her long awaited love, can cast her as Giselle.

Astrid Hofferson[]

Sometimes for a laugh when Hiccup is cast as a genderbend Giselle, Astrid is placed as a female version of Prince Edward. There have also been times when Astrid has been cast as Robert Phillip.

Marinette has been cast as Giselle for the Adrienette pairing.

Adrien Agreste[]

Adrien has been cast as Robert Phillip for the Adrienette pairing, while his Cat Noir self has also got fans to cast him as Prince Edward.

Fishlegs Ingerman[]

Fishlegs can be cast as Nathaniel, from how the style and traits of the young viking's appearance are a little similar to Nathaniel's.

Luka Couffaine[]

Fans casting Marinette and Adrien as Giselle and Robert could possibly have Luka as Prince Edward.

Fans have cast Ernesto as a male version of Queen Narissa.

Zephyr Haddock[]

Because Hiccup is sometimes portrayed as Robert Phillip, his daughter Zephyr could serve as Morgan Phillip beside him.

Pitch's dark color scheme and the fanfics that have him taking Jack (who is sometimes cast as Prince Edward) under his wing moments after the young spirit rose from the icy lake so he can use Jack for his own selfish means, fans could possibly cast Pitch as a male version of Queen Narissa.

Tikki can be been portrayed as a female Pip for when Marinette is cast as Giselle. Due to their close bond and Tikki's small height, making it easy for fans to feature the Ladybug Kwami as the chipmunk.

Gabriel Agreste[]

Since Adrien as his Cat Noir self is sometimes cast as Edward, fans could have Gabriel in the male role of Queen Narissa.

Morgana[]

Morgana starting out as an evil user of magic and her being the King's half-sister has had Morgana be viewed as a royal, it sparked the idea to have her villain self as Queen Narissa.

Toothiana[]

Tooth's sweet, optimistic and friendly personality could have her as Giselle.

Baby Tooth[]

Baby Tooth could be cast as a female Pip for when Tooth is cast as Giselle. Due to her being the main baby tooth fairy and the role she played in the 2012 DreamWorks film.
