Avengers AU (also known as Marvel AU) is a popular AU (Alternate Universe) within the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom. In the AU, Hiccup, Merida, Rapunzel and Jack Frost are super-powered men and women within the Marvel Universe. As it is not canon, ideas for this AU are shown through fanfiction, fanart and other fan-made works. This can be considered a sub-scenario of the Superhero AU.

About the AU

This AU portrays as the four as a group of meta-humans (normal human beings embedded with extraordinary powers) that team up in a world of superheroes and super villains. As the name implies, this AU most commonly places them in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though this is not required. The same with the Spiderverce, as after Sony released a film on it many were inspired to feature the Big Four, and other such characters in the fandom, as spider-themed heroes from across the multiverse.

The world of Marvel has been a popular universe for fans to use for crossovers, considering the lack of restrictions the universe has on magic and powers. The Avengers Initiative is a prime place for the Big Four to appear in the universe because of a number of reasons: it has a focus of combining many powers for one ultimate goal, it allows for the use of magic and the idea of dragons and it adds action and adventure to really spice up a story. Also, the Marvel comic world is abundant in supernatural and legendary beings and creatures, allowing with vampires and monsters, gods and even cavemen and alien races.

Featured Characters

The Big Four

Jack Frost

Jack Frost's fanon Norse Mythology persona Jokul Frosti, has him being often seen as an Asgardian in the same manner as Thor or maybe his foes the Frost Giants. Another common interpretation places him in the role of Tony Stark (A.K.A. Iron Man) for his carefree attitude, power of flight and mischeivous streak. In more common instances, Jack is sometimes portrayed as the Son of Loki and brother to Elsa. In the crossover for the TV show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, he is portrayed as Agent Ward. Jack is also portrayed as Quicksilver (whenever Merida or his little sister is the Scarlet Witch), Deadpool, Star-Lord (when the rest of the Guardians of Childhood are the other members of the Guardians of the Galaxy beside him), Spider-Man, Mr. Fantastic and The Human Torch. Jack is also cast as Captain America - as they were both given new lives when they were "brought" out of ice - when Hiccup is the Bucky Barnes A.K.A. the Winter Soldier (or vice versa). Jack's name, as well as him having a connection to werewolves and other types of monsters in the original Guardians of Childhood book series, and how the Jelsa pairing has him being close to a woman who goes by Elsa, fans could possibly have him as Jack Russell.

The Guardian Stone can be used as one of the six Infinity Stones or contain one, like how the Mind Stone was hidden within the gem that "powered" Loki's Scepter.

Rapunzel Corona

Rapunzel is seen mostly as Captain America for her bravery and her goodness. In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, she is Jemma Simmons, due to her excitable and smart personality. Fans have also cast her as the Scarlet Witch, Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen (or on rare occasions Gwenpool), a female version of Thor and as The Invisible Woman. Along with there being fans who portray Rapunzel as Pepper Potts, when Flynn Rider is Tony Stark/Iron Man. She could even be cast as the Inhuman Medusa, whom Rapunzel shared the same ability, as shown in the original trailer for Tangled.

Since the Moonstone is powerful, glowing opal of a particular power that came from the sky, it could be used as one of the six Infinity Stones.

Merida DunBroch

Merida seems to serve as Hawkeye in this AU, because of her skills of archery. A common interpretation portrays Merida as Hawkeye and Black Widow's daughter, possessing her father's skills in archery and her mother's red hair. Fans have also cast her as Black Widow (herself), Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy and the Scarlet Witch. In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, she is portrayed as Skye due to similar personalities. She can also be portrayed as Kate Bishop in the Marvel miniseries Hawkeye, due to both characters having overprotective mothers and being part-time archers. As well as there being fans who have featured Merida as a female version of Thor.

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III

Much like Jack, Hiccup's identity in the AU is interchangeable between an Asgardian like Thor (due to his Viking heritage) or Iron Man (for his intellect and skills at crafting). Some fan art has also portrayed Hiccup as Bruce Banner (both are intelligent) and Toothless as The Hulk. In the TV show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, he is portrayed as Leo Fitz, due to their high intelligence and engineering skills. He is also portrayed as Hawkeye, Doctor Strange, Venom, Mr. Fantastic, Harry Osborn, the Human Torch or as the web swinging, spider-like superhero, Spider-Man. Even though some prefer to have him as male versions of Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacey and Jane Foster. Hiccup is also cast as Captain America - as they had people looking down them and having shields as one of their weapons - when Jack is the Bucky Barnes A.K.A. the Winter Soldier (or vice versa). Since Hiccup's flightsuit looks a bit similar to the Ant-Man suit, he can be portrayed as the shrinking and growing former thief, Ant-Man, with ant-like and size dragons as Hank Pym's ant army. While being the current leader of his tribe, had lost his father, is sometimes given a dark suit in superhero related AUs and Toothless being placed as a black cat for modern related crossovers and AUs, could even cast Hiccup as Black Panther. His flightsuit in The Hidden World, given that it has black and red color scheme and foldable wings rigged into his back, would also make up for his role as Falcon (although Hiccup's wingsuit has bat-like wings and Falcon's wings are bird-like).

With people viewing Moon Knight as the Marvel version of Batman, and those who have portrayed Hiccup as the Dark Knight in the DC AU, it has got fans to wonder if they could cast Hiccup as Moon Knight.

Extra Characters

Queen Elsa

Ever since the creation of the fan-made internet-video How Frozen Should Have Ended, many fans like to believe Elsa to be a mutant. Much like the mutants of the Marvel Universe, Elsa holds a deep fear of prejudice for having powers she was born with, and has much difficulty controlling these powers to the degree that it could hurt innocent bystanders. In context with The Avengers, many people compare Elsa to the Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Gamora, Captain Marvel and even a female version of the Winter Soldier, when Anna is Captain America. Fans have also placed her as a female Loki (when Anna is Thor), Black Cat, The Invisible Woman, Mary Jane Watson, Spider-Man/Woman or as Spider-Gwen (or just simply Gwen Stacy). Elsa's first name and how the Jelsa pairing has her being close to someone called "Jack" (who does have a connection to werewolves in the original Guardians of Childhood books), could possibly have her Elsa Bloodstone. In more common instances, Elsa is sometimes portrayed as the Daughter of Loki and sister to Jack.

Princess Anna

When Elsa is placed as a female version of the Winter Soldier, Anna is seen serving as a female version of Captain America. She can also be placed as a female Thor, should Elsa be featured as Loki. Fans have also portrayed her as Captain Marvel. However, in lieu of the 2021 film Black Widow, if her sister Elsa would be cast as Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff), she would be cast as Yelena Belova, given their sisterhood.

She could also be casted as Jane Foster (later Mighty Thor in Thor: Love and Thunder), if fans decide to both cast Kristoff Bjorgman as Thor and wish to keep the Kristanna pairing.

Pitch Black

Because of his manipulative nature, longevity and tragic origins, Pitch Black is most often portrayed as the trickster god Loki. Being the Spirit of Fear and turning Sandy's dreamsand into his nightmaresand, that his stallion shaped Nightmares are made out of, could even have Pitch as Nightmare, the ruler of the Dream Dimension in the Marvel Universe. Some could even cast Pitch as the Interloper, a member of the Eternals, because of his tendency to generate fear in others. Pitch could also be casted as Malekith, since both characters were rulers of dark places (Malekith over Svartálfheim, the "Dark World", and Pitch Black over his lair) and both wanted to conquer earth by plunging it into eternal state of fear and darkness.

On a side note, some people consider Loki to be a humanized version of Pitch, which justifies Elski as being apart of the pairing Cold and Dark.

Hiro Hamada and Baymax

Occasionally, Hiro and Baymax are inserted into the story in the place of Iron Man. Baymax is like the suit itself, being able to fly and being a robot, whereas Hiro is like Tony Stark, being the genius inventor that thinks of all kinds of cool gadgets to upgrade Baymax. In more common instances, Hiro is an intern at Stark Industries where Tony takes a shine to him and allows the young Hamada to help him build his Ironman suits, as well as using one of his labs to upgrade Baymax. Hiro has also been placed as Mr. Fantastic, while Baymax is portrayed as an armored version of Thing beside him. Hiro and Baymax's friendship and teamwork in battle could even have them as SP//dr, with Hiro as a male Peni Parker while Baymax serves as the SP//dr suit, that houses the Radioactive Spider that bit the young female Parker and serves as the other needed half of the suit.

Hiro using his skills in science to help him in his hero work, lives and was raised by his aunt and still goes to school can also cast him as Peter Parker A.K.A. Spider-Man, with Riley Andersen as Mary Jane Watson, Liz Allan or Pepper Potts or Violet Parr as either Gwen Stacy or Michelle Jones. While Hiro's young age and being a tech genius could have him as Miles Morales A.K.A. Spider-Man/Kid Arachnid and Wilbur Robinson as Peter Parker A.K.A. Spider-Man (Tom Holland).

As for Baymax (when the robot isn't used as Hiro's Iron Man or any other kind of suit), fans sometimes cast "him" as Thor, Caption America, Hawkeye, Black Widow, the Hulk, Iron Man (the man not the armor suit) and as Thanos, for fun.

Big Hero 6

Since the team are based on the original Marvel comic Big Hero 6 team, they can be portrayed as the characters that they are based on, along with having their abilities and clothing. They can also be cast as members of the Avengers, and other Marvel heroes and characters; along with being placed as Mutants from the X-Men/Marvel Universe.

Wreck-It Ralph

Ralph is known for his huge size, anger issues and destructive power that leaves him ashamed of himself. This, coupled with everyone's view of him as a monster and attempted learning to control his power, would make it easy for writers to cast him as the Hulk or Drax the Destroyer.

Ralph's red color scheme, super strength and large body build would also make up for his role as Red Guardian.

Violet Parr

Violet's invisibility and force field powers and being a older sibling heavily resembles and casts her as the Invisible Woman from The Fantastic Four. She is also seen as the Scarlet Witch, for having a brother with super speed powers, as well as being portrayed as Gwen Stacy (which could also make her Spider-Gwen), for the Hiret pairing when Hiro is the Amazing Spider-Man. There have also been fans that have cast her as Gamora or Michelle Jones.

Dash Parr

Because of Dash's super speed powers and has a sister with her own set of powers, he can easily be cast as Quicksilver. There have also been fans that have cast Dash as Spider-Man.

Guardians of Childhood

The Guardians of Childhood are commonly seen as the Guardians of the Galaxy; as they both have the word "Guardians" in their team titles and are a group of five. Jack is commonly cast as Star-Lord, Toothiana is Gamora, Nicholas St. North as Drax the Destroyer, while both Sanderson Mansnoozie and E. Aster Bunnymund have commonly been cast between Rocket Raccoon and Groot. When Bunny is cast as Rocket Sandy is placed as Groot, and vice-versa. They are also portrayed as the Avengers, the Defenders (as they have started with four before Jack joined them), along with being placed in other known Marvel hero groups and teams.

They can even be placed as Mutants, Inhumans or any other kind of superpowered race. As the Guardians are supernatural and mystical beings, as well as MiM and Bunny's kind originating from another planet and system before ending up on Earth. This connects them to some of Marvel's known characters that became one of Earth's many defenders, after they made the planet their new home. They could also be cast as Eternals, being immortal beings who protect mortal humans from dark threats.

Yama

Because of his large, mountain like body and was set to be a powerful crime boss in one of the original layouts of the Big Hero 6 film, as well as becoming a crime boss that is close to what was original planned for him in Big Hero 6: The Series, Yama is seen and cast as Wilson Fisk, also known as The Kingpin.

Nod

Nod's small size, being able to jump to high places, riding a small, winged steed and being well acquainted with a professor and his daughter, easily casts him as Ant-Man. In which the Katherinod can portray M.K. as the Wasp. He can also be casted as Hawkeye and Star-Lord.

Flynn Rider

Flynn is commonly portrayed as Tony Stark A.K.A. Iron Man, for looks and how he acted before he met Rapunzel. Fans also see him as Deadpool, Quicksilver, Spider-Man, Winter Soldier and as Thor. Flynn's former criminal life could also have him as Ant-Man.

King Frederic

Frederic is commonly portrayed as Doctor Strange, as there is a resemblance (in appearance) between the two characters. As well as being proud men before receiving their own kind of wakeup call.

Kristoff Bjorgman

Kristoff is commonly viewed as Thor, for his blond hair and for when Hans is cast as Loki.

Prince Hans

Tricking people into trusting him so could get what he wants, mainly the throne can easily portray Hans as Loki. There have also been fans that have Hans as the Winter Soldier.

Fix-It Felix, Jr.

Since Felix is a hammer wielding hero, he could easily serve as Thor. As Ralph is commonly seen as Hulk.

Count Dracula

Since Drac is vampire that is based on a character (that shares the same name as the main character) from Bram Stoker's novel, he can easily serve as Marvel's antagonist version of Dracula. As well as any other vampire that exists in the Marvel universe, along with Mavis, their family and other vampires from the world of Hotel Transylvania. Drac has also been cast as Vision.

Guy

Guy is commonly placed as Hawkeye, Falcon and even as the Winter Soldier. But since he also comes from a land inhabited by prehistoric wildlife, some writers could cast him as Ka-Zar of the Savage Land.

Disgust

Due to Disgust's green skin, hair and eyes and being a female, she can easily be portrayed as She-Hulk. Her green skin can also cast her as Gamora.

Anger

Due to the red emotion's short temper and "raging out" at the top of a hat, fans have cast him as Hulk, as well as Red Hulk due to the color of his skin.

Hairy Hooligan Tribe

Due to their Norse heritage, are a tribe of warriors, following in the ways of the Viking Gods, and with Hiccup being the heir to the tribe and is sometimes cast as Thor, the Hooligan tribe can easily be portrayed as the Asgardians.

Drago Bludvist

Being the leader of a world-conquering army, his iron wrath and the style of the fist on his prosthetic arm, can cast him as Thanos.

Frozone

Due to his dark skin and being voice acted by Samuel L. Jackson, fans have him as Nick Fury. His ice powers could also cast as some of Marvel's known ice-powered heroes, like Iceman of X-Men. He can also be cast as War Machine.

Alistair Krei

Being the head of his tech company, that sometimes cause problems and even dangers to others, like Project Silent Sparrow, and has had villains take its tech for themselves, can easily have fans portray Krei as Norman Osborn A.K.A. the Green Goblin.

Frankenstein

Because there is a version of him that already exists in the Marvel Universe, Frank would mostly be cast as himself and as a member of Nick Fury's Howling Commandos.

The Incredibles

Since the Incredibles/Parrs are a family of superheroes, they can easily be cast as some of Marvel's known hero characters. Due to them being a family of five though, they would be known as the Fantastic Five (which the Four had often gone by at various points in the comics). Along with some of the other Supers, like Frozone and Voyd, that exist within the world of The Incredibles. Their enemy Underminer can be cast as Mole Man. The superhero ban law could even have them as mutants, as both super powered people were forced to hide their powers so they could hide what they are. They could even be placed as inhumans or any other kind of superpowered people.

The ban law itself could be the same as the Superhuman Registration Act (comics), the Mutant Registration Act (X-Men movies), or the Sokovia Accords (MCU); which the latter two were based on the former.

The Once-ler

Because fans see the Once-ler's Greed-ler side as a Hyde-like character and use that part of him in dark crossovers, he can be portrayed as Venom. As there have been fans that sometimes have young Once-ler as Spider-Man. While the Once-ler's wealth and his business causing problems for others could have him as Norman Osborn, as the green on Greed-ler's coat and gloves can also have him Norman's villain ultra ego, the Green Goblin. Due to the aforementioned Hyde comparison, he can be portrayed as the supervillain Mister Hyde.

The Baron

Due to his large, mountain like body and is a kingpin in the Tangled TV series, fans can easily portray him as Wilson Fisk, also known as The Kingpin.

Stalyan

Since Eugene/Flynn is sometimes cast as Spider-Man, and Stalyan being a thief that still has feelings for the man that left her, could have her as Felicia Hardy A.K.A. Black Cat.

Varian

Varian can be portrayed as Loki, due to both characters wanting revenge after they believed themselves to have been betrayed by those close to them, while Rapunzel serves as a female Thor. Fans have portrayed Varian as Spider-Man (Peter Parker or Miles Morales), due to both characters being teenagers that are bright and good with their hands.

Astrid Hofferson

Fans have portrayed Astrid as Sif, Peggy Carter, Black Widow, Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen, Mary Jane Watson, Captain Marvel and as a female Thor.

Hector

The fur on Hector's clothing, training three animals and his savage-like behaviour, could have him as Sabertooth.

Tinkles

Because Tinkles is a giant dog, he could be cast as Lockjaw.

Momakase

Momakase's mutant form and the length of her retractable claw nails bears some similarities to Lady Deathstrike, a similarity that can cast Momakase as her.

Di Amara

Di using Liv's self founded company to secretly turn people into mutants through the use of biology and tech that is connected to it, could have Di as a female Norman Osborn. While Sycorax serves as Oscorp.

Megan Cruz

Megan's friendship with Hiro (who is sometimes seen as a Peter Parker/Spider-Man-like character) and has a father who is a superhero hating police chief, can easily cast her as Gwen Stacy (also known as Spider-Gwen/Ghost). While Megan's goal to become a reporter could have her as Mary Jane Watson. However, if she ever became an part-time campus journalist, she can be cast as MCU's version of Betty Brant, who is also a part-time campus journalist.

Yi

Yi would most likely be cast as Daisy Johnson/Quake, since they were both played by Chloe Bennett.

Tighten

Tighten can be cast as Sentry or Hyperion, with both being darker pastiches of Superman.

Ian Lightfoot

Ian would most likely be cast as Spider-Man (Peter Parker), since both characters were played by Tom Holland.

Barley Lightfoot

Barley would most likely be cast as Star-Lord, since both characters were played by Chris Pratt.

Shrek

Shrek's green colored skin and short temper can easily portray him as the Hulk, while the human form he was temporally given in his second film can serve as his Bruce Banner self.

Walter Beckett

Walter would most likely be cast as Spider-Man (Peter Parker), since both characters were played by Tom Holland. As well as the fact that some of Walter's characteristics matches the Peter Parker of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as both Peter and Walter share an interest in science, Walter graduated at the MIT, they both work in a secret agency (SHIELD and US Government) and have a wisecracking mentor (Lance Sterling and Tony Stark).

Killian

The tragic event that drove Killian to come after Lance Sterling and his fellow spies is slightly similar to the backstory of the Twins, who lost their family through the use of Stark Tech technology, as Killian mentions the explosive and killing affective gadgets Lance and his allies used on him and his fallen crew in Kyrgyzstan. However, due to him being a large benefiter from selling illegal arms and military technology, as well as having possessed a robotic left forearm, such traits may also make up for his role in the AU as Ulysses Klaue.

Killian may also be cast as Talos, the Skrull leader from Captain Marvel (despite the former being human and the latter being alien) due to both characters being able to disguise as different people efficiently, and both of them being portrayed by Ben Mendelsohn.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng

Although Marinette's alter ego is Ladybug, she may be portrayed as Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), given her suit being red and black. There have also been fans who have her as a female version of Spider-Man (Peter Parker or Miles Morales). While the occasions when Adrien is seen as Spider-Man, she is seen as his Mary Jane Watson or Gwen Stacy.

Adrien Agreste

Because Adrien's alter ego is Cat Noir, and his suit has the scheme of a black cat, he can easily be portrayed as a male version of Black Cat (Felicia Hardy). However, he may also be portrayed as a racebent version of Black Panther given his French nationality, while being the wealthy son of a villain could have him as Harry Osborn or one of the Runaways. There have also been occasions when he is seen as Spider-Man (Peter Parker) or a self version of a web-swinging spider-cat hero.

Princess Fiona

Given her green skin, she may be cast as She-Hulk, though her red hair would somehow make up for her role as Gamora.

Jin

Jin's Chinese nationality would most likely cast him as Shang-Chi.

Tong

Tong would most likely be cast as Wong, given that both characters are somewhat alike due to their bald heads and they have been portrayed by Benedict Wong.

Marcy Kappel

Marcy Kappel's credentials as a senior officer in a spy agency would somewhat make up for her role as Agent Maria Hill.

Namaari

Namaari being a leader of an army of assassins, and being someone wanting to provide greatly for her people, may cast her as Karli Morgenthau from the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. However, she may also be cast as Sersi from The Eternals, due to both characters being played by Gemma Chan.

Varvatos Vex

Vex's personality, enjoys the thrills of battle and was driven by the murder of his family, Varvatos can easily be portrayed as Drax.

Buzz Lightyear

The style of Buzz's Space Ranger armour has inspired fans to cast him as Iron Man, while moments from the Lightyear teaser has them portraying him as Captain America.

Sisu

With both characters played by Awkwafina (Nora Lum) and the fact that Sisu has a human form of a young Asian woman, she can easily be cast as Chen "Katy" Ruiwen.

Blanca/Xiao-Bai

Blanca's beauty and the fact that she was tasked to assassinate the man who was harming her fellow snake demons for power, and later ends up defining the woman she served when she became close with one of her kind's mortal enemies (humans), fans like to depict her as Black Widow. As the spy has worn white in one of the MCU films.

Morgana

Because the Marvel universe is no stranger to the Arthurian folklore, Morgana can either be portrayed as herself or her Marvel counterpart (in the same way that Gothel is cast as herself or the character she is based on in the Rapunzel AU).

Valka

The way that Valka is able to bond with the dragons she and Cloudjumper save from Drago and his trappers, along with her having a ruthless side in one of the earlier layouts of the second HTTYD film, she can possibly be portrayed as Lady Hellbender.

Douxie Casperan

Because Marvel is no stranger to the Arthurian folklore or heroes who use their magical powers and knowledge to help others and to keep the world safe, Douxie and his fellow Tales of Arcadia witches and wizards can easily be featured in the Marvel universe. As there have also been times when fans have used some of these facts and traits to cast Douxie as Doctor Strange.

Luisa Madrigal

Luisa being both strong and beautiful can easily feature her as She-Hulk.

Dragons

Since dragons are part of the Marvel universe and are sometimes connected to Marvel heroes like Iron Fist, the dragon characters in the fandom can easily serve and be portrayed as some of the known ally and foe dragons from the world of Marvel.

Goldilocks

Goldilocks would most likely be casted as Black Widow (Yelena Belova), since both characters were played by Florence Pugh.

King Runeard

King Runeard shares a number of similarities with HYDRA leader Alexander Pierce, with both men being in extremely high positions within the government (Runeard as king of Arendelle and Alexander Pierce as Secretary of the World Security Council). Both poised as leaders who have the best interests of mankind and were willing to "help out" with them, but are secretly evil men willing to enact terrible things to further their agendas. Desiring to annihilate the things they deemed a threat to their sinister plans (magic and the Northuldra, in King Runeard's case, and about twenty million people, in Alexander Pierce's case), the two leaders created massive projects to "benefit" mankind (Runeard's Dam and Alexander Pierce's helicarriers), but were ultimately designed to harm and strangle the people that relied on these projects the most. Ultimately, both villains died within their films, and their projects were also destroyed by the main protagonists.

Lieutenant Mattias

Destin Mattias could be casted in a number of roles that feature a male superhero of dark skin (e.g. Falcon, War Machine, Phastos, Blade, Cloak, Luke Cage, etc.), but he is most often seen as T'Challa (Black Panther). Both men are serious and fierce warriors willing to defend their nations against enemies, but both men are loyal and kind as well. Mattias could be also casted as T'Chaka (the previous Black Panther), since he served as a fatherly figure to young Agnarr and then showed some of that fatherly kindness to Agnarr's younger daughter, Anna.

Another role that Mattias could receive is the role of Heimdall, the gatekeeper of Asgard, due to the same reasons why he would be casted as Black Panther (e.g. a fierce warrior, defender and loyal to his homeland and people, kind). Another reason why he might be casted as Heimdall is because fans who cast Kristoff as Thor, Anna as Jane Foster, and Hans as Loki may wish to keep the characters of the Frozen franchise together.

Fred's Father

Having both the looks and the voice of the now deceased Stan Lee, Fred's Father could easily be casted as the Watcher Informant within the MCU. Within other non-MCU films and franchises that are also adapted from Marvel Comics (e.g. the X-Men franchise, the Marc Webb The Amazing Spider-Man duology, the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, the Deadpool films, and a number of other Marvel films), Fred's Father could also easily be casted as Stan Lee's cameo appearances.

Wilbur Robinson

Wilbur's cocky personality and connection to those know their way around science, has led to him being given the roles of the Human Torch of the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man (Peter Parker). Because Wilbur is from the future (and with Hiro being the Modern Four member to commonly be placed as Peter Park), however, it may get Spiderverse fans to have him as Spider-Man 2099 (Miguel O'Hara).

Wasabi

With Wasabi being a Black superhero, and the way his character was based on a Marvel character from the original Big Hero 6 comic that inspired the Disney film of the same name, it had inspired many to portray Wasabi as Falcon.
