Tomb Raider AU is a AU (Alternate Universe) within the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom. In the AU, Rapunzel, Merida, Hiccup and Jack Frost are featured in Tomb Raider. This AU can be considered as a sub-scenario of Arcade AU and Treasure Hunters AU.

About the AU[]

Spawning from fanart, this AU places the Big Four, and other such characters in the fandom, as characters from the Tomb Raider series/franchise.

Due to the upcoming anime series of Tomb Raider and how its animated series has an anime-like style to it, fans can consider this AU to be an alternative with Anime AU. The one of iconic Arthurian swords playing a key role in Tomb Raider: Legend, fans could use that fact to also have this AU an alternative with Camelot AU.

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III[]

Hiccup can be cast as Roth, when Merida is Lara. He can also be as a male Lara Croft; from how he had faced the traps that protected the Dragon Eye on the Reaper and the trials that were set by Hamish II to guard his father's treasure.

Jack Frost[]

Jack can be cast as Conrad Roth, when Merida or Elsa is the young Tomb Raider.

Merida DunBroch[]

Merida is cast as Lara Croft, for her use with a bow and arrow and her time in the ruins of the Ancient Kingdom; where she put the pieces together to uncover the "identity" of the ruins and it's story. She can also be Reyes for the Jarida and Mericcup parings. While her appearance (mainly the color of her red hair and green eyes) and archery skills, can have her as Sofia.

Rapunzel Corona[]

Rapunzel can be cast as Samantha "Sam" Nishimura, for when Merida or Elsa is Lara Croft. While her time in Der Soone's underground Tunnel system, facing its traps and fighting it's guardian, destroying a powerful artefact to keep others safe from its destructive power and uncovering a map to a cursed treasure, could have her as the tomb raider Lara Croft.

Queen Elsa[]

Elsa is seen as the tomb raider Lara Croft. She can also be cast as Reyes for the Jelsa and Hiccelsa pairings. Fans have also cast her as Sam, when Anna is Lara.

Princess Anna[]

Anna is cast between Lare Croft and Sam, when fans place Elsa as on of the two. So one of them can be placed as Lara while the other sister is portrayed as Sam beside her.

Wreck-It Ralph[]

Because of what Ralph told the Surge Protector when he was leaving the Pac-Man game while entering Game Central Station so he could return to his home game, in the Wreck-It Ralph film, fans have cast him as a male Lara Croft - or have simply placed him in the tomb raider's clothes - for a laugh.

Ericka Van Helsing[]

Due to Ericka's task of retrieving the Instrument of Destruction from the underground ruins of the old Atlantis, and facing the traps that guarded it, fans can cast her as Lara Croft.
