Treasure Planet AU

Treasure Plant AU is an AU (Alternate Universe) within the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom. In the AU, Rapunzel, Merida, Hiccup and Jack Frost play roles from Disney's Treasure Planet. This could also be a sub-scenario for Pirate AU and Sci-Fi AU.

About the AU[]

Spawning from Fanart, this AU places the Big Four and other such characters as characters from Disney's Treasure Plant or the original novel that the animated film is based on, Treasure Island.

The Disney film having a steampuke-like touch to it, due to its sci-fi theme being mixed with its 18th century-like setting, it can have fans consider this AU an alternative with Steampunk AU.

The Big Four[]

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III[]

Being good with his hands, is bright, gets into trouble, wonders about the world outside his home and flies through the air like he is apart of it, casts Hiccup as Jim Hawkins. While a miniature Toothless or Sharpshot (the Terrible Terror he trained in Defenders of Berk) can be cast as Morph, while the Dragon Eye serves as the map. He is also portrayed as Dr. Delbert Doppler for the Hijack and Mericcup pairings.

Jack Frost[]

Being care free in the air, trouble and "had" kept to himself, casts Jack as Jim Hawkins. With Baby Tooth as a female, green version of Morph. He is also portrayed as a male Captain Amelia for the Hijack pairing.

Merida DunBroch[]

Merida's red hair and strong female spirit easily casts her as Captain Amelia. She can also be cast as a female version of Jim Hawkins, while her mother is cast as Sarah Hawkins.

Rapunzel Corona[]

Rapunzel is seen as a female Jim Hawkins, while her mother is Sarah Hawkins. The Snuggly Duckling could even serve as the Benbow Inn and Pascal as a green Morph, as changing color at will is a bit like morphing into different forms.

Hiro Hamada[]

Hiro is commonly portrayed as Jim Hawkins. As the two characters are both skilled with technology (Hiro made his own robot so he could join in the Bot Fights and Jim build his Solar Surfer all by himself), bright, knows how to find trouble, were arrested for a short time and they were betrayed by the men that they looked up to and trusted: Robert Callaghan and John Silver.

Robert Callaghan[]

With Hiro as the cabin-boy, Callaghan is cast as the pirate cyborg, John Silver. As Callaghan, he is the man that a young boy can trust, while as Yokai he cares only for his goal and would stop at nothing to active it.

Cass Hamada[]

Cass Hamada is portrayed as Sarah Hawkins, with the Lucky Cat Café as the Benbow Inn and her youngest nephew as Jim Hawkins.

Carl the Robot[]

Carl's form, being a robot and his over the top panicking heavily resembles B.E.N., the Bio Electronic Navigator.

Nod[]

Being fatherless, looking out for himself, finding and getting into trouble and being well skilled when it comes to flying through the air, heavily casts Nod as Jim Hawkins.

Tamatoa[]

Being a crab that isn't afraid to hurt people with his pincers and use their weaknesses against them, easily casts him as Scroop. As well as one of the other pirates that serve under John Silver.

Gobber the Belch[]

Due to Gobber's wooded leg, fans portraying Hiccup as Jim, and the bond that the two share, fans can cast Gobber as John Silver.

Varian[]

Varian being skilled with his hands, had trouble connecting with his single parent father before they reconnected, has been on a type of treasure hunt and felt free in the air, can easily cast him as Jim Hawkins.

Stoick the Vast[]

Stoick being a single parent who raised his son on his own, as well as with support from a friend who does what he can to be there for the two, and the way Stoick had trouble connecting to Hiccup before they reconnected, could cast him as a genderbend Sarah Hawkins.
